Why Should You Be Unbanned? First, I ran a Sheriff over because before he edited his clip to show what happened in the incident to where only I seemed to be the person in the wrong. He was chasing me got mad he flipped his vehicle over. then shoots me while I'm driving away but he edited that part out instead of showing the whole incident but whatever. Also, no intent to Roleplay after he flipped his vehicle but ok... Then I do a U-turn and ram him with my vehicle because why are you shooting me for? just because I drove off and your car is flipped, and you can no longer chase me...like make it make sense. Now after I ram him, I started driving away to get unto the highway, mind you I could have been positioned my vehicle down the road when he shot me when I was driving away after he flipped. he then pulls his rifle on me while I'm driving away once again. So, I put my hellcat into position and started shooting, I died. Now this part is on me, and I take full responsibility when I broke NLR I was passing the scene I should've took the route by National Guard. And the staff said I VDM when I didn't mean to, I was going fast, and my map was loading and the CHP building was loading in, then the scene loaded in once I slowed, I swerved cause then that's when I see I was dragging him with my vehicle, I hit a U-turn to let him know I didn't mean to run you over but he's clearly standing in the road... So, then he starts blasting me Probably thinking I was trying to spin back and shoot him again. So, I can't even do nothing cause if I kept driving, I would have died cause my back window isn't bullet proof It's a custom insert. So, I return fire. I did not RDM he shot at me first, so I Did not Intent to VDM or fail to roleplay/NITRP Or RDM And not sure where he gets GTA-D(x2) ...? But I will hold that accountability for VDM because I would see where he would think I was coming back to kill him. But other than that, that's all. would be better if the people making a ticket show the full incident instead on the part where they make it seem they did nothing so they can catch the person getting their get back at them.
