Incident Description*: This subject just disregarded traffic laws, RAMMED into me at RPD Gas and ran off. After running off suspect crashed and got cuffed waiting for mod and he ran again. He got spiked at Premium housings and he is tool abusing and Fail roleplaying while GTA Driving.
