Incident Description*: This player avoided being apprehended several times that I could account for. He was always in pursuits and once the pursuit had come to a conclusion he would avoid his arrest at any cost. It got to the point where everybody knew who it was straight away prior to him leaving the second and third time. This player has shown a consistent disregard for the community’s roleplay standards as shown in the ctips. His actions are indicating to me that he would probably consist of holding a lengthy record behind him. His behaviour isn't excusable considering the severity of his violations of Mountain Interactive's rules and his disregard for other's roleplay experiences.
Rules Violated*: FRP x3 (Didn't roleplay all vehicle accidents prior to leaving/resetting), LTAA, RTAA x2, NITRP, Cop Baiting, GTA-D, Violation of Common Sense & Community Trust (Repeated behaviour indicating a lack of respect for RP integrity)
