What Happened?
I am not really sure what happened. The last time I played I was an RCSO for around 40 minutes. During this time the only time I talked was when I pulled somebody over for speeding, but other than that I didn't use chats or VC at all.

Chat V-TOS. Im not entirely sure what this means but if it is anything related to innapropiate chats, that is false as the only time I used that chat feature the last time I played was when I pulled somebody over and I didn't say anything innapropriate.

Why Should You Be Unbanned?
I believe I deserve another chance because I try to follow all the rules as much as possible, even the small ones and I have a lot of fun playing this game. Although I don't think I said anything bad, this has taught me to make sure I don't say anything inapropriate online and in game and be respectful of other people.
