Question about Mountain Light subscription for Los Angeles

I spent the $10.00 on the Mountain Light subscription which states I would have access to the DOT team. I do BUT I only have one vehicle and it states the others are some sort of "premium" thing?

Not sure what you mean by premium thing if you could provide a screenshot I can help but if your trying to spawn some things you need to be platinum or above
