Ban Length: Permanent
What game did the ban take place in?: Parris California

Why should you be unbanned? I was banned for teamkilling X3 on usms, and I know what I did was wrong, but the punishment was unjust, and my side of the story wasn't even heard. In the game, I just got done responding to a call, and I was about to respond to another when it was "code four". I had my ELS on when I ran that light, and when I came to the green light, I did a U-turn to head back to the gun store. That's when so_alex, wesam, and another trooper tried pulling me over. They knew I was coming from a call but still tried pulling me over for some odd reason, I ignored them and went to the Gunstore as seen in the video and instantly as I walk out I say "I'm a marshal man" and one of the troopers aims a gun at me, then a taser, then a weapon again. I was already uneased about that then the other one insulted me calling me an "Idiot" instead of just simply asking me (I don't see why he wasn't warned for player disrespect) So I said something back and got smart with him hence why I said "I felt like it" and when I tried just to ignore them and leave YOU CAN SEE ONE OF THEM WALK INFRONT OF THE TRUCK AND AIM A GUN AT ME, I said "???" trying to leave and they boxed me in despite me being the bigger person and trying to go. I said "hey y'all doing too much" because the trooper lied and said I "wanted to hit him". I stopped, backed up, and shot them. I know what I did was wrong, and I could've handled it differently, and I want to apologize for my idiotic actions in that moment. i enjoy Parris a lot, and it's grown to be one of my favorite games. But I find it unfair that my side wasn't even heard / nobody asked me for my story, just an immediate perm ban. When people I know who did worse things than I (mass rdm, tool abuse, LTAA, etc. Get a slap on the wrist. Please unban me, I promise I won't do that again.

APRIL 22ND, 2025 BAN APPEAL UPDATE:

As of April 22nd, 202,5, I am writing this updated ban appeal. The Last appeal was denied simply because of the word "puscboy" (insane, right? A good, simple ban appeal rejected for one thing), and the ban was updated to a D-Class 30-Day unappealable. And I've made a detailed video on the ban. I hope you watch it before you make your decision. I went through all counts and explained my side thoroughly

https://youtu.be/i1GDXnkORI8

The video cut out at the end, But i was saying i apologize for my actions once again, I dont think my ban case was handled fairly. I think the mods ignored the instances of tool abuse, VTOS violations, and harrassment that was performed against me. I also feel like my ban appeal was just thrown out all because of the word "puscboy". I just ask my appeal be read and the mods please be fair
