I had someone before this (Not in the clip) Try to steal my car where they were shot, then a few seconds after that my car despawned for 0 reason, so I walked up too the traffic stop where it was there for 10-15 minutes where he got pulled out of the car and pepper sprayed for all I know as Failure to Comply or Resisting where the Offender thlgplays came up and asked who did this. He cuffed someone for no reason then uncuffed them, asked again who did this. came up to me cuffing me, after I told him to uncuff me he didn't till the other deputy said he did it, he cuffed him where I uncuffed him because he had 0 authority to cuff him. I walked up to him where I told him to no cuff people for no reason where he tried to force me to leave say "Private Talk" even though he has 0 authority to tell me what to do as he is no a higher up in RCSO or a supervisor or staff, also saying "leave or else". I told him no and I can call staff, once I said I can call staff he tried leaving saying "we don't need staff" and then the the person he was trying to talk to asked am I free to go where he said yes then the other guy left the game or something, then thglplays ask 2 people (Civilians) to take care (killing) of me saying he wont say or kill them. then he left.
I also know he has alot of bans for RDM/Teamkilling
