Incident Description*: I was just driving around and then I see this car being chased so I join in and then the chase turns into shots fired and when I arrived the suspects were dead. So I am moving a dead body and memesonly303 comes up to me and then tells me to stop moving the body (i dont have any of this on clip sadly) and I do but then I go back and then he beanbags me and cuffs me multiple times so I drive away. I get to RCSO station to get a faster car and then he is following me and then chases me in the parking lot spikes my tires and then aims a gun at me and then bean bags me.

The user repeatedly used non-lethal force (beanbag shotgun) in a manner not aligned with protocol or roleplay standards. Additionally, the use of spike strips and aggressive pursuit without valid threat context or command escalation is unwarranted.
