Incident Description*:

I was in a 10-80 with a fellow RPD officer I didn't get the fellow's name, I was a part of the chase, and three females inside a vehicle hopped out. During this, We managed to get 2 suspects one suspect managed to get away and the other suspect in cuffs managed to get a ride from a blue Toyota pickup. Keep in mind this blue Toyota truck has had previous encounters with LEO including the suspect fleeing from officers 3 different times and was previously armed according to callouts. When the blue Toyota picked up one of the females he rammed into me in the process due to my fear for my life I discharged 2 magazines into the suspect's back windshield. The sheriff Razorblade cuffed me numerous times threatening to call for mods since he believed I broke a rule and was unprofessional when I tried to explain he continued to ignore me instead of listening to my side during this he tried to claim he was a supervisor in RCSO, RPD, CHP which in RPD policy you cannot roleplay as a rank which was explained to him.
