Incident Description: We were driving car around, then our engine exploded, me david and jess, then we asked some cops to fix our car they said we cant and they told us to respawn the vehicle, we went to dealership then i don't know what happened there but he couldnt spawn it again, we started to shooting at the our vehicles tires and hood, then a random USMS just came there and told my friend to hands up, i panicked and i thought he will shoot / shot me, my friend started to escape the USMS guy started to chase my friend, i went after them while my other friend David waiting there, he pulled out gun at him, i scared and killed the USMS guy, and he said he clipped it, i got banned for RDM.

Ban Reason: RDM

Why should you be unbanned?: I did not know it was above rules, i don't play Los Angeles so much, he started yelling at us hands up hands up, and i didnt, i was trying to guard my friend because he helps us, i shot / shoot him because of this reason, to guard my friend. I'm really sorry for what did i do, because of my previous Perris bans it's permament ban.

Also, the guy who gets chased by USMS (JessPoseidon) he was in my party/group.
