Give us an Incident Description: Guy must've been on as RCSO but had police gear on, swerved into the opposite lane of travel causing an accident. Instead of apologizing and taking accountability for his actions, he attempted to arrest the driver. I intervened and attempted to get his information and he left during the investigation.
