Incident Description*:

The person in the clip stole a LEO vehicle and firearm then drove around shooting everyone then after they were finally stopped we put them in cuffs then he said "I wont be arrested" then left the game as shown in the clip, I then asked why he did it in discord then said "I have to get off I have surgery tmr" then I look on his profile and he joined another game so its obvious lies to try and get out of it.
