Incident Description*: (Before the RDM) I was driving around Perris and I saw multiple officers helping another wounded officer around the starbucks, I pulled up and stood around and was asked to leave, I refused and ran away in my car. (5 mins later when it happens) I come back and they're still healing him so I walked over and crouched around the wounded officer where one of the officers healing him pulled out a taser and attempted to arrest me. I fled where multiple officers pursed me and I shot in their direction not at the people healing. After that one of the deputies seen in the video can be seen shooting at me from right where the body was, I returned fire and the cross fire ended up hitting the people reviving.

Why should you be unbanned?*: I understand that it wasn't in the bounds to kill the innocent people but there was previous context to the situation and the officer put the people in danger shooting at me from right next to them. and I will most definitely take those factors into consideration following this situation.
