Give us an Incident Description: I was spiked before by a officer who left his spike out on accident, I kept driving to pull over somewhere then the car explodes the 2 rcso come with guns at me, they either tazed me or sent the k9, they put me in cuffs for no reason and put me in the car, then just shot me.
