I was robbing the bank when I noticed there were too many cops, and I was alone. I decided to climb up to the BOA hill and started taking shots at the officers. Unfortunately, some random civilian who wasn't involved in the situation ended up gunning me down.

That is NOTHING close to RDM. That is an upstanding citizen that did not violate a single rule. The mods will probably refuse that.

RDM might be a stretch but SI is not
