Hello David. Thank you for providing your input on my situation. I want to shed some light onto my situation as I feel that decision was unwarranted. And I would respectfully like to provide my case once more and I do hope for a positive decision for the explained reason below.
As I had written in my context section, the only reason I was supposedly in a Condo server was because an old roblox discord server from years ago became a Condo server. And since I was in 40+ roblox servers which are all in a stockpile and are muted, I did not know about this. I went ahead and filed an appeal from with PokeDigge900 and Ash provided to me. I had gotten the appeal done as your team members have told me to. If you refer back to this forum appeal that I had created a while back (https://mountaininteractive.com/topic/4733-permanent-ban-appeal/). You can see that Mountain Interactive moderation team members "Looks like they are still processing your ticket, if they accept your appeal let us know. Other than that I won't lift the unban until it goes through." and "Once they do you can make another appeal with the provided details.". Which is as it refers to is once the appeal goes through and ro-cleaner has removed my username from the bot under "in current guilds" then I can be unbanned. So, they have completed the processing and have removed my username from the bot. In the screenshot attached, you can see "currently in guilds" it says "no mutual guilds" which means it has been cleared. I will show every piece of information showing the evidence towards this as well as you can see in the screenshots.
Your team members have provided a written contractual agreement that when my appeal is processed with Ro-Cleaner, I can be unbanned.
Again, I have provided the context below on my situation again. And I am going to make sure this does not happen again because this was a long and tedious process. The Rubensim team has worked tirelesly working on my appeal as they understood that this was not my fault and ackowledged I had not been in a condo server, but it was because of my negligence in making sure that all my Roblox discord servers are appropriate and that I should be removing old servers that get turned into servers such as Condos. I was not aware of this and Ro-cleaner has provided a reflection for me to do my due diligence so this does not happen again.
Thank you for hearing my appeal and my side of the story. I do look for a positive result in regards to what your team members have promised me.
Context again on what happened:
I play roblox a lot and I am involved in a lot of developer communities for many popular games. I have 40+ roblox groups on my discord feed, and there are many times where I get randomly invited (which the server just populates onto my discord feed) to different servers for different games. There must have been a server that was related to the NSFW, and I did not know that it was there. I have gone through myself to filter out the clusters and I have removed servers that were evacuated (that are left unused by people as people left the servers). There were 13 servers in my list that I did not know and I did not use before. My account has always been on good standing with Roblox and Discord. I have always been cautious of avoiding these things from light years away. I believe the Bot might have flagged one of those inactive servers, and I have tried my best to remove all the ones that are not necessary. And have kept the big name servers on my list.
I will be more proactive to look out for these false servers. I do hope we can resolve this misunderstanding and I will be more careful in making sure my account stays far away from these things. I do apologize for this and I am moreso shocked at myself that I was not more proactive in this. I love this game a lot and I do not want to lose out on this community that I have formed. I have so many friends and people that I know and I do not want to lose this. I play this game so much and I was horrifically shocked to see that I was permanently banned. If this is a problem with a bot then I am going to continue to try and get that appeal, but if there is any way I can get this expedited that would be even better. The MFD server seems to be running on limited appeals, so if there is a way to squeeze me a spot in that line from someone who has a connection from Mountain Interactive, I would be greatly greatly appreciated of this.
