Description Of the Incident: On 10/22/2024, At Approximately 1500 HRS, I CaprioXW was role-playing on FiveM Los-Angeles when I was RDM’d by a player, Upon getting randomly killed I then initiated the “!help” command and awaited for assistance, After patiently waiting a staff member by the Discord-Username of “ JjisCoolerThansDaYou” responded to help, As he arrived the first thing he expressed was his emotions of impatience, and described how he was annoyed to handle reports…. I then stated “If you are going to be mad about handling calls why become a staff member?” and proceeded to not help me, and treated the report as any other random report, The end result was nothing- I was dismissed and felt unhappy with the result. I as a player seek the “!help” command for just that- assistance.

Committed Offenses: Unprofessionalism, Lack of care, Lack of Integrity.
