Los Angeles Vehicle Addons

Alright so I was looking at LA Vehicle Addons so I can buy one of course for civilian but it appears that there are civilian vehicles on that list but the photos have been taken on Perris, are those vehicles only for Perris or can I use them in LA? Here is the links below:
