Incident Description: I was running from a LA Takeover event after flashing and shooting weapons. Then i started running towards LAPD calling my freind who has a hellcat to pick me up, at this point i had 1 LAPD officer (herwinpraectus) chasing me when i got in front of the LAPD building another unit pulled up and the officer (herwinpraectus) that was chasing me pulled spikes out of his ass (FRP??) on the hellcat as soon as i got in it so i jumped out and got ragdolled by the hellcats hit script then at

0:02 i pull my gun out and get cuff rushed, in the clip the officer reacts to me pulling out my rifle by pulling out his gun after cuffing me showing he had intent on shooting me but couldn't as there was a civ in the way i knew this was happening, what the officer is doing is very smart. But can aslo be very dangerous. then at 0:12 the civ hits one of the cops and gets shot in the back of the head (killshot) , at 0:17 i was spamming spacebar and movement keys (still in frist person) then i missclick 4 on my keybroad instead of 3 (my gun slot) and shoot the cop

the guy who banned me is now "mod hiring blacklisted" i was cuff rushed, it wasnt rdm as he was chasing me from the takeover scene to LAPD (more than 60 seconds)
