Incident Description: So basically i responded to hostage situation, then there were some guys trying to look from back, i went there told them i can get information, i went to backyard of the house then crouched down and started get information like hostages, hostage takers then one of the hostage takers started rushing towards the place i'm hiding, He was coming with pistol, i tried to escape but i couldn't do it, so i unholstered my handgun and shooted him he shooted me we both died, they told me they were saying go away & stay back but at that moment i had my game volume disabled - at zero, so i was not able to hear them and go away.

Ban Reason: FRP

Why should you be unbanned?: I had my game volume at zero, disabled i did not hear them saying go away to me.

Why one strike policy? i'm telling you guys i did not hear them because i had my game volume off, i do not accept one strike policy.

You guys cant expect all to have voice chat, they did not type "GO AWAY OR WE WILL SHOOT THE HOSTAGE (INGAME)" i don't find this ban fair, lift my ban please i do not accept OSP.

Your OSP will be revoked you made an error in your appeal which made me think that was your fault your appeal will be accepted.
