Incident Description*: first my warn for rdm was when me and my friends was in shootout with police, other people on the car occured and stopped toward us, i thought they gonna jump off and start shoot, before that we shooted in air to warn them and screamed in vc(not sure if they heared screams), when they didnt leave i started shooting at them, second warn(ban) occured when i got hitman quest to kill people(was my first mission on this npc) i thought real players are targets not npc's, i saw my target at dominos and came, i checked 3 times and when i was sure i killed guy, then i got teleported and got banned for rdm. (sorry for possible bad english)
I didnt know that rdm is bannable like i knew rdming is bad(Ignorance of the rules is no excuse) but i got rdmed by police, i also made a ticket with video where i just came and i got killed (cop killed me 3 times for no reason https://streamable.com/218ssk) then i got teleported for rdming first time, i understanded that rdm is really not allowed, second time i got my first hitman task and thought that people are the targets, not npc's, i checked 3 times red dot and saw it on dominos, that why i killed cop and handcuffed guy, then i again got teleported for rdm, i tryed tell that i didnt know that and got banned. I understand that i was not right and my actions ruined people's roleplay's and mood, and i feel bad for it because i understand how its uncool when you getting rdmed on the middle of your roleplay or when you just driving or walking, but now i understand rules a more and will never breaks it again.

Why should you be unbanned?*:
