as me and my friend are in a chase after rp'ing that I kidnapped him, crimxnalviolence as he is chasing us hops out his car and shoots out all 4 of our tires as we were in a chase and goes be hide his car and shoots one more time at us, i had no gun in my hand and wasn't going to hit someone or him, He then chased my car as it stopped on the sidewalk and as I return fire he shoots and downs me, but had no right to shoot out my tires as I was not going to cause any harm to anybody and this was uncalled for making it FRP.
