Incident Description*:

She cuffed me at the station for no reason, while multiple officer were trying to help me she cuffed me multiple times and peper spray the officers and she try to cuff other officers too. Multiple officers saw it in the Dallas server. I'm requesting for a perm ban on this player

Rules Violated*:

Cuffing people for no reason behind it and tool abuse
