The player (matt_dagamer2) was driving around me in circles near highway spawn, and had no headlights activated at night. I attempted to complete a traffic stop on them, in which they proceeded to evade by vehicle & not pull over. They continued the wrong way down the highway, before hitting a pole and disabling their vehicle. They exited their vehicle and I gave them commands, which they failed to obey. They continued evading/resisting arrest on foot, before they were successfully tased & handcuffed. I explained to him what he did, and placed him in the back of my cruiser to transport him for booking. While in the back of the cruiser he plainly states "Ima leave bye" and proceeds to leave the game when in handcuffs/active roleplay. Player left to avoid arrest, hurting the roleplay experience, and did so purposely
