Game that got banned from Los Angeles

What should you be unbanned here’s the reason because after reviewing a clip it shows that his VC was not on and he didn’t say anything. He was in a discord and I was not in there so I didn’t know he was chasing me and I resent it. I have proof if it’s need to send that.
