Give us an Incident Description: Player LTAA and RTAA when I was bringing him to the Booking Center.

What rules / offences did the player break: LTAA and RTAA

How long do you think the player be punished for: Forever, the guys kept stealing police cars with spikes and GTAing as well I dont have a clip of it unfortunately, He was also acting really immature while I was transporting him to booking, If hes going to keep doing this Whats to say he wont do it again.
