The. Game that banned from Los Angeles

Why I should be unbanned this is the reason why I should be unbanned because. My Internet disconnected and when I tried to get back on the game, it told me that I was permanentlybanned for something. I don’t even know. I was confused why I was being I didn’t do anything so can my case could get reviewed. Because I think I’m not in the wrong I couldn’t control what happened to my Internet. It was storming that night and my power went out for like 10 minutes and then it came back on then I got on the game and it said I was permanently banned
