Give us an Incident Description: Put a player in custody for RP of a 10-80(police Pursuit). When heading to the CHP station to book the player, I noticed the game bug with the hold feature. I ended up respawning a new car to get the player out of the old vehicle(shown in the clip). Reattempted to hold the player(shown in the clip); however realised it's a player bug on my end. Ended up respawning myself to hold the player, in which the player left.
What rules/offences did the player break?: LTAA
