Give us an Incident Description: Pursuing him until we crashed at s&k, he was entrapped inside the vehicle with no way of getting out because my whole half of my cruiser was inside his vehicle which would have seriously injured him, if not killed him. At the least it would have blocked exits from his vehicle. He failed to roleplay the crash as he was the more effected victim from the collision. He neglected the fact that there was no possible way that he could've exited despite the fact he also shot me when he literally would've been seriously injured from the crash.
