Description Of the Incident: I was perm banned for clips that were out of context and the staff never came and spoke to me about the incidents and straight up just banned me. For AoT and TK upon appeal I was told I shouldnt of been a perm banned with the history I have which is one old warning and an appealed ban

Committed Offenses: Ban without confrontation, over agressive ban, 3rd party report

Time of Occurrence: 3/26/2025 11:38 PM EST
Additional members involved/witnessing: mars was in a vc when I got banned and can confirm no one ever tried to talk to me about it. Chosen_B who said that I shouldnt of been perm banned for the incident with my current history.
