Why should you be unbanned?:
I feel I should be unbanned because, first of all for me stabbing the LASD deputy. There is an image of his dms where he said he was fine with it and that I could do it. He didn't die after the clip. I gave him medical treatment and let him shoot me afterwards for payback for me using the knife. The person who I took the knife from also said I could take it and told me how to use it and I tested it on my partner who I was in a VC with who again said it was fine to stab him.
Then for the AoT where the guy was thrown off the roof that clip only shows when he jumped off the roof after I upheld him. The man thrown off the roof gave his consent to be thrown from the roof and it is on recording of him saying it. I was also in a VC with a member of corporate and a member of the staff team and they were present for when it happened and both said it wasn't against the rules they even participated in it. Besides the fact of having the players consent and a corporate member as well as a senior mod present for it and them aiding in it happening. It was a part of corrupt LASD RP which from what I have been told multiple times is allowed as long as no one is executed and or we break other rules. And the corporate member said the same thing during the whole incident: that corrupt rp is fine.
So I believe that I should be unbanned because for the TK charge 1. It was consensual and he said I could do it. 2. I had a reason to stab him, that being to test the knife and to see how it worked. 3. he didn't even die from the incident. For the AoT I searched the knife off the person and they didn't have any objections to me holding it or using it. And for the guy who jumped off the roof he said we could and that it was fine and staff members were present. Those were a corporate member and a senior mod who both aided in it but also said that corruption wasn't against the rules. And he didnt die from the incident.
