Give us an Incident Description: He starts with putting a gun to my head. I was talking and interacting with people, then out of nowhere he shoots a random person in a hellcat and runs. Few minutes later, he comes up to me while im talking to my friend and he fires and kills me. I lost both my gun and 450 dollars.

What rules / offences did the player break: RDM x2 NITRP FRP

How long do you think the player be punished for: About a few months.

Time of Occurrence:  7:30PM CT - 8:00PM CT
Additional members involved/witnessing: One person was shot, I dont know who he killed though. A-realperson is a witness in the murders.@A_realperson
