What game did the ban take place in?: Los Angeles

Why should you be unbanned? Because I had to leave game and I told my brother I cant because I was in handcuffs and he got mad and turned off my computer and I waited 24 hr but now I look and I have a Permanent ban and I am so sorry. And I got Platinum so I really want to use I take full reparability.
