What game did the ban take place in: Perris California

Reason for Ban: I was chasing after a suspect in a car and in the distance. I saw the same car crashed on the side of the road so I stopped. I saw a person standing next to the car and he looked the same as the suspect I was chasing, so I pulled my taser out and commanded him to get on the ground Since he didn't comply I tased him. I was commanding him non stop after he came closer So i pulled my Gun out and then he and out cuffs (He was a moderator) so I got frightened and shot and killed him. I didn't know he was a moderator.

Reason to be unbanned: I've been playing this game for a long time. I think there's been a misunderstanding, because I don't usually do these kind of stuff, I never think twice. I always try my best not to ruin everything. I'm very sorry, Please give me a second chance I promise I will not get in trouble any more.

I also have a medal clip of what happened.
