Description Of the Incident: So I was at a light, and they started doing donuts right in the intersection over and over, so Abv I Try and pull em over, and they start doing more donuts in front of RPD. And I try and get staff, and I did nto get there username, So I pull em out, to get it and call staff. (They moderated me)

@devvy , I did get moderated because I pulled them out of the car to get there name and to get staff, so they don’t have to go around chasing them down, (Not knowing there staff) (and truely dont care they were staff as they still were cop baiting)

As for the appeal, i will allow you to have it removed from your record, although i recommend not cuff rushing in situations like these and to just leave it for staff members (in this case, IA) to handle.
