Why should you be unbanned?: I should be unbanned because I haven't violated any FRP rules. FRP is stated as follows: "Players may not commit any actions that would be considered as imaginary/non-existent in the real world." There have been cases in the real world where people are not affected, or they have gotten up immediately after being tased. I've seen it happen every single time someone gets tased in Perris and even though I haven't played LA for long I've seen it happen too. Plus, if I was drunk on alcohol or high on fentanyl a Taser wouldn't have much of an effect and would allow me to get up. The whole reason why I got up and shot him was that I was on an adrenaline high and it felt like the officer wanted to kill us since he ran over my friend which legally in California he can't do because that is excessive use of force, I ran from the cops in the vehicle, and on foot, and my friend got magged dumped, and shot before my eyes so of course I would put all my energy into giving some type of action. I also want to say that the cop FRP'd and didn't roleplay hitting a tree at 55 mph. He also immediately pulled out a gun before my friend pulled a gun if you watch closely and when I got up, I backed away and pulled out my gun before shooting him while he was running up to me with his cuffs.
