Give us an Incident Description: Join the team (CHP), where I notice 2 other players in CHP chasing another CHP officer who was team-killing other CHP players. Also, see him running away while being handcuffed.

After clip 1 ended, another player killed us in the CHP parking lot, where then I ended up respawning and going to the locker room to get gear. Where the same CHP player ended up killing other players as they go inside the locker room. (Clip 2)

After getting killed in clip 2, the same player still proceeds to go on a mass shooting spree in the CHP station. Which again results in me dying. (Clip 3)

What rules / offenses did the player break: RDM, NITRP, FRP, and AOT

How long do you think the player be punished for: For Staff To Decide.
