Description Of the Incident: My brother was parked behind an RPD vehicle who a mod was talking to and when the RPD left, the moderator came over to me and my brother and told my brother to turn on his headlights and we talked about it for a bit until the moderator suddenly said that my brother will be banned for NITRP just because he didn’t turn on his headlights and then when I argued back, he kept ignoring my questions when I asked him how not having headlights on is NITRP. I called him a nerd and he got pissed over it and jailed me which I can see why but then he literally went to go jail my brother and try to give him a warning when my brother did nothing
