Give us an Incident Description: Pulled him over since he cut me off, I asked him to step out which he in response pulled out a gun and I killed him. Then not even 2 minutes later i get sniped from 7-11, I drive towards his location and down him. Then not even 30 seconds after that, he respawns in 7-11, comes outside, and RDMs me.

What rules / offences did the player break: NLR x2, RDM (?)
