Incident Description: I was chasing this individual for crashing into me and then fleeing. I successfully spiked his vehicle, causing him to crash by Starblox. He then instantly tries to spawn another vehicle via the insert menu to escape, which I also spike. He then jumps out of the vehicle and tries to pull an LMG from his pocket, but is shot by responding officers.
Rules broken: FRP, Tool/Insert abuse
How long I believe they should be punished for: 2-3 week ban.
Time of occurrence: About 6:30 PM PST
Witnesses: (No other people witnessed him spawn a second insert but me)
