Give us an Incident Description: SRU tried driving out of base, I jumped into his van to tell him to go back. He immediately tries TKing me, fails, and then he just chills at SRU base after that. Later I find him shooting at Civs and LEO at S&K with one of those shields w/ glocks. I shot him, he immediately comes back and shoots at S&K AGAIN, I shoot him again. Then he tries RDMing half the LEOs online when were all outside of SRU gate, and we all just rushed him and killed him. We try tasing, and detaining him to stop him, he yells the N-word multiple times. He eventually left after being killed and cuffed so much.

What rules / offences did the player break: V-TOS for profanity, Mass RDM for the crowd of LEO he shot at, Team Abuse for being SRU while doing all this, and Team Kill.
