Give us an Incident Description: He had spikes set for a Blue toyota pickup and I had just drove from civ spawn after dying and had no involvement in a pursuit or the blue toyota 10-80. I ran over the spikes with no time to stop before them and got out to ask what I did and why they had spikes set just laying there with no worry about random civs being spiked. He then arrested me for felony speeding to neglect the fact that he had nothing to say to explain why he spiked me and my friend for no purpose. He arrested me for felony speeding whne I was going under the speed limit and even if I was felony speeding he would be making assumptions considering he didn't have a radar gun equipped. It's FRP because he made a false arrest
