Give us an Incident Description: Tried RDMing CHP while they were leaving NG after a panic. Then got tased after shooting into the air for no reason, tased the NG back, started running from the 4 other NGs. Started shooting at me, IDK how my shots didn't uncon or kill him, but either way we trade in the end. We respawn he immediately shoots me again.

What rules / offences did the player break: RDM for CHP, RDM for me 2x (Equaling x3 RDM). Abuse of Teams

How long do you think the player be punished for: Perm Ban
