Got banned for RDM when it was not rdm

I got banned for RDM, but it was not RDM. In the clip, the marshal tries to cuff me, so he's basically interacting with me. And i think the mod should be more pation when they look into clipps.

Thats the clip that got me banned. You can clearly see the marshal trying to cuff/rush me and they i took out my gun and shot him beacuse cuff rushing is not allowed.
