Ban Length: 1 Day
What game did the ban take place in?: Perris

Why should you be unbanned?: I was banned for "RDM", however it doesn't fall under the definition of RDM. The scene was more than a minute long by the time I even took out my gun. I was stopped by the officer who proceeded to ask me if I knew why I had been pulled over. We had already been arguing over Assembly Bill 2773 which prohibits peace officers from asking why I knew I was being stopped. He refused to believe it until I got him to double check it. He claimed it was new despite being enforced for over a year. I had at the time in my possession a Glock 17 with an extended magazine and a autosear. I had previously attempted to carjack somebody right before this. Fearing that if my identity was verified as the suspect in the carjacking I attempted to kill the officer prior to him calling out any information over the radio. I had assumed that since the victim had driven away they had put in a 911 call. With the facts available to me at the time, I believed there was a description out for my previous crime. Along with the fact that I had an illegal machine gun on me and a vehicle that would most probably be unable to outrun the police given my proximity to a busy intersection. I believed that my best chance of escaping would be to kill the officer when he would be the most vulnerable to prevent my capture and aid in my escape. This was not a case of RDM, there was over 60 seconds of RP at the scene prior to me even handing over my ID.
