I am asking like for example what cars do i get, do i get k9, do i get cars with PA system, questions like this.

When you purchase the CHP gamepass, I believe you do indeed receive the vehicles with the PA system, you get access to a wide variety of marked vehicles, however, I am unsure if you gain access to the K9.
