Give us an Incident Description: I was in a pursuit with a charger going on the wrong side of the highway. The charger hits a van (maybe because of the charger's lag) and the van goes up into flames. I get out of my car and start shooting the van that is speeding away. And the guy that was in the van also gets out, and shoots me dead.
