Give us an Incident Description: I was driving down the main road while listening to Polish Polka and stopped to see why there were 2 LEO Cars blocking the road. I walked up and the reported person came out from behind the CHP cruiser and shot me dead after walking up to his own cars driver side door and unholstering his service pistol without me ever doing anything.
