To get un permanently band

Hi I’m Cjfiffn. I was permanently banded. I was wondering. If I can get unbanned yes I have a trouble in past if you check my staff history, but I’m a great player I do good and i’m really hoping that I do get unband and if you were reviewing this, thank you for taking your time and that’s all I can say.
