My account has been banned, and this comes as a surprise to me since I have always followed the game’s rules. I have not used secondary accounts or engaged in any activities that violate the terms of service. I would appreciate a thorough review of this situation to clarify any misunderstandings and resolve any possible errors. I am a platinum donator and I got 5 days left of it and I want to enjoy what I bought. If I knew I was AA I wouldn't buy it because I knew I was getting banned. I could say its a misunderstanding I got pinged in chat and then I see myself permanented ban. I hope you guys can do anything about it. Thank you for considering my appeal.
